At Chicnutrix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice to ensure a smooth process.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
